Final entry for  EM Skijoring CompetitionWelcome to EM in Skijoring 2014! You and your dogs are invited to join this spectacular great event to compete for the golden trophy but also to join up as a community and enjoy the winter here at north Sweden. Good luck!

Information:
The distance to run is 15km.
This is a marathon, you will need 2 dogs and 2 handlers, first dog runs half of the track towards the checkpoint, at the checkpoint the teams second dog and handler will finish the other half of the race.
The sky is clear and bright blue, there are no harsh winds and the temperature isn´t too cold, the sun will be really warm.
The race will begin on the wide open ice, everyone will start at the same time and run towards the woods. At the woods further in the teams will reach the checkpoint, second team will race through the woods and head back to the ice and where they first st

Story: Finn was making good time. Garrett skied comfortably behind, skating every once in a while to help the husky out. "Hike, buddy. Just a bit further," Garrett would call for encouragement when Finn would start to slow. The trees, which had previously been whipping by, soon grew thinner. Before long, Garrett and Finn found themselves exiting the forest, running out onto the frozen lake. In the distance, they could see the finish line...
